16/12/2009 - Nampak Applications Refused

MKC have refused both applications by Messrs George Wimpey in respect of the Nampak Site Phase 3, 4/5. It is very likely that there will be an appeal so the battle is very far from won. See the Document library for the refusal letter giving reasons for refusal.
